English Translation
A flowing river
my unquenched thirst
leads to satiety
A flying bird
conquers skies
loved by gardens- down there
A burning lamp
defined by darkness
to brighten lives
A work-in-process
unlimited power – constrained
on the margins of a page

Sir, Hashiya means? Is it an urdu word?

Yes, it’s an urdu word… it may refer to the border / margin of a page, or to the notes on the border / margin of a page…

In the first comment on this post, Reena has provided a brilliant translation of the poem, and the one that I intended to convey.
The tone of the whole poem is one of the constraint – where poet dreams of or sees himself as doing great things but being unfulfilled.
In the last stanza the poet laments that he is a strange work in process. With the type of talent and prowess he possesses,he should have been a story / chapter in history, but alas, he will just be a footnote.
