I always wanted to be able to express myself in poetry.
However, it took quite a while before poetry finally found me.

This blog is an attempt to express my thoughts and experiences
in form of poems and occasional prose.

  4. Of course it took poetry a while to find you. Could you imagine looking for someone and having to ask for directions in meter and rhyme (or even with a syllable count)? It could be difficult. Also, just think what stopping every few minutes to contemplate the significance of things would be like. Any search would be lengthy. Just be happy poetry showed up eventually. 🙂

  7. I think that is the way with poetry. Who of us mortals would imagine we could create poems. And then the gift drops in our laps and it seems the most natural thing in the world, at least that is how it happened with me. Cheers to your poet self.

    1. I fully agree with you… I used to be so envious of others who could express themselves in poems… I am so happy that within my own limitations, I am able to write something I am proud of when I read afterwards… Thanks for your comments and all the best to you too…
